Patios

The removal of old/cracked grout (i.e. 'grout raking') and re-pointing in between slabs with either dry  or wet (i.e. non-staining slurry' to be a bit more technical) 'sweep-in' grout. Replacing any cracked patio slabs.

The repair of fallen-down fences, repainting/'staining' older posts/panels to provide protection against the weather

Decks

The replacement of rotten boards or any of it's underlying structure. Wood treatment to prolong the life of the timber used.

Pressure-washing

Cleaning and pressure-washing most hard surfaces, including decks, patios or driveways
